This is a common question as blogs have become very popular in recent times. There are many benefits to creating a classroom blog where students write information. On the blog, each student has a voice. In a typical classroom setting, there may only be time for a few students to talk, with an depth, in each class. With a blog, all students can share there ideas and see other students ideas. It creates a tool that can allow students to better learn from each other. This also shows students that learning can be a personal and independent while also being collaborative. This sharing of ideas allows for a more robust learning atmosphere.
